1. Return Eligibility

  • Perishable items (such as fresh produce, meat, and dairy) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you about the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, dairy, and baked goods.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

5. Order Cancellations
